Join WISHIN and PatientPing in improving care coordination across Wisconsin

WISHIN and PatientPing partnered in June of 2018 with the goal of advancing care coordination across Wisconsin. Through the partnership, the two organizations are providing real-time, dynamic notifications to 1,500 Wisconsin sites of care within the WISHIN network, as well as thousands more in PatientPing’s national network of ACOs, clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and health plans. Through these efforts, WISHIN and PatientPing are giving providers increased visibility into relevant clinical data in real time to facilitate coordination of care and improved outcomes for patients.
